Dash Designs Ltd t/a Dash Wraps prides itself on a high level of customer service. Unfortunately, as our designs are custom and personalised we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue or problem with your product, please email shaun@dashwraps.co.uk and we will take reasonable steps to resolve any problems.

No work will commence until an authorised design is agreed; as this is a digital mock-up before printing there may be slight differences between the design and the completed motorcycle helmet wrap as the vinyl requires a heat and stretch process which may alter the overall look, but this is closely followed to the digital mockup design. If complications arise where the design may need to be reworked entirely, then we will inform you as soon as possible. 

All our completed helmet wraps are subject to a lacquered finish (matt or gloss), so we strongly recommend you do not remove components of the completed helmet, such as spoiler, as this will break the lacquer and compromise the overall finish. 

ACU gold stickers will be replaced if required. 

Cleaning of all wrapped products including vehicles and helmets should be kept to a minimum to preserve the longevity of the wraps. Brake cleaner, water and polish can be used. No abrasive cloths or cleaners should be used. 

As our printed products are a tailor-made or personalised item they are none-refundable as they are listed an exception to the Consumer Contracts regulations. We do have an option to order a sample of print or coloured vinyls before you go ahead with your project so you can be sure it’s the perfect choice for you before any wrap work is commenced. 

It is important to remember that colours can vary from your phone screen to your computer screen to real life, so having a sample is the best way of knowing what you’re getting in regards to the colour/tone. Please don’t hesitate to request a quote for posted samples. 

Please ensure that you have discussed your helmet wrap with the Series in which you are competing within before you have your helmet custom wrapped. Dash Wraps ensure all our products are solvent free and cause no interference with the helmet structure. We never remove or recreate/replace manufacturer or ACU approval stickers. We are however unable to advise whether helmet wraps are accepted across every race series within the UK and Europe, so we would always recommend that you ensure there are no restrictions to this type of customisation before you book your helmet design and wrap.
